Referral Platform Terms & Conditions

1. How the referral program works

We welcome referrals from our network!

• Submit a candidate via our referral form or platform
• We assess their suitability for available roles
• If we place them with a client and they meet the criteria below, you'll receive a referral reward!

Submitting a referral does not guarantee placement or payment.

2. Eligibility & Valid Referrals

To be eligible:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have the candidate's permission to refer them
• The candidate must not already be registered with us, in process, or previously introduced to us within the last 6 months
• The referral must be the first valid submission we receive

If multiple people refer the same candidate, the first valid referral (based on time submitted) will be eligible.

3. Candidate Consent & Privacy

By submitting a referral, you confirm that:

• The candidate is aware you are referring them
• They have agreed to their details being shared with us

We handle all personal information in line with Australian privacy laws.

4. When you get paid

A referral reward is only payable if:

• The candidate is successfully placed through us
• They accept the role and commence employment
• They remain employed for the required validation period
• We receive our recruitment fee from the client

Validation period:

• Permanent roles: completion of probation period (typically 12 weeks)

If the candidate leaves or is terminated during this period, no reward will be paid. Rewards are paid within 30 days of the validation period being successfully completed.

5. Reward Details

• Reward amounts will be confirmed per role or on our platform
• Typically:
  • Permanent placements: $1,000
• One reward is payable per successful candidate

Payment options:

• Gift card (Online) through our partner, Gift Pay.

You are responsible for any personal tax obligations relating to the reward.

6. General Conditions

We aim to keep this program fair and simple. As such:

• Referrals must be genuine and accurate
• Spam, duplicate or misleading submissions will not be accepted
• We may refuse or withhold rewards if the program is misused or these terms are breached
• We may update or withdraw the referral program at any time
• All decisions made by us are final
• Participation in this program does not create any employment or contractual relationship with us

7. Legal

• This program is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (available across Australia)
• Our liability is limited to the value of any referral reward payable
• By participating, you agree to these terms
